The demo now supports the Firmware Component Architecture (FCA) concept.

I published a new web site in order to review my development approach without disposing all information I collected until today in this web site.

This version was developed on STM3210E-EVAL board powered by the hi-density STM32 MCU.

If you have a working configuration you can download only the project files from the download area: CORTEX_STM32F103E_Eclipse. For more information see the download section of the project's web page.

What's news:
- Added the Managed Build System (MBS) version of the project in the workspace.

This version was developed on STM3210E-EVAL board powered by the hi-density STM32 MCU.

If you have a working configuration you can download only the project files from the download area: CORTEX_STM32F103E_Eclipse. For more information see the download section of the project's web page.

What's news:
- ST Standard Peripheral Library v3.2.0 (CMSIS 1.3.0 compliant).
- Configured to use OpenOCD 0.4.0 RELEASE. The component Common version 1.3.3 is needed.
- Configured to use the new DSF debugger. A new Debug Configuration - RTOSDemo (DFS) - was added.

I'm starting Windows 7 migration, so some image in the demo have the Aero look.

What's news:
- FreeRTOS v6.0.1
- ST Standard Peripheral Library v3.1.2 (CMSIS compliant)
- Makefile improvement:
    - Added new variable CONFIG_H_FILES. When one of the configuration files change, the whole project is rebuilt.
- Added the serial task from the standard FreeRTOS demo. This task is a simple driver for USART peripheral.
- Tested on Eclipse Galileo.

- New Makefile structure:
    - It is now possible to specify the output folder for all files produced by the build process such as the object files.
- Tested on Eclipse Galileo.

What's news:
- FreeRTOS version 5.2.0 that introduces performance improvement on queue management.
- OpenOCD trunk 1690. This version support both Versaloon and JTAGkey-Tiny IF.
- ST Library version 5.0.3.
- Updated LCD driver.

- The documentation now refers to Eclipse Ganymede only.
- I have changed the JTAGkey-Tiny hardware IF with Versaloon.
- OpenOCD trunk 1690.
- Sourecery G++ Lite version 2009q1-161. This version fix the GDB bug.
- I added a new section "Eclipse in 7 minutes" that contains a video showing how to configure Eclipse.
- I removed old version - from 1.0 to 2.4 - of the demo.
